Det finns över 2000 stilar av Qigong. Qigong ger enligt en svensk studie positiva effekter för personer som drabbats av utbrändhet. Exempelvis ledde qigongträningen till minskad upplevd stress och minskad sjukfrånvaro. Detta då Qigongen erbjuder spänningslösande och stressreducerande övningar i kombination med andning.
Vi använder Tai Chi Akademins Qigong med en mängd övningar som är lättillgängliga, lustfyllda, funktionella och praktiskt tillämpbara.
Ett pass tar normalt ca 1 timme, men kan kortas ner vid behov. Jag är mobil och kan åka ut till er om ni är minst 8 personer. Det finns ingen maxgräns utan det är snarare storleken på lokalen som styr. Sommartid är det härligt att stå utomhus när vädret tillåter.
